Rules & Regulations
1. Booking and Reservations:
1.1. All bookings for exhibitions, events, or workshops must be completed via the BMC Rehearsal Hall booking system. A payment receipt and booking confirmation email will serve as proof of booking.
1.2. Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
1.3. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
1.4. A valid payment receipt and booking confirmation email must be presented before accessing the rehearsal hall.
2. Usage Guidelines:
2.1. BMC Rehearsal Halls are designed for rehearsals, practice sessions, and performances. Any commercial use, such as ticketed events or paid performances, must receive prior approval from the management.
2.2. All equipment (e.g., sound systems, lighting, microphones) should be handled with care. Any damage caused to equipment or property will incur additional charges.
2.3. Users are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the hall. Waste should be disposed of properly, and the space should be left in good condition.
2.4. Food and drinks are not allowed in the rehearsal halls unless pre-approved for specific events.
3. Safety Regulations:
3.1. Users are responsible for their own safety and belongings. BMC Rehearsal Halls is not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury occurring during use of the facilities.
3.2. In case of emergencies, users must follow all emergency evacuation protocols and exit the premises calmly and safely.
3.3. The following items are prohibited: smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1. All users must maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Disruptive behavior, such as loud noise or offensive conduct, will not be tolerated.
4.2. Users must maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disturbing others using nearby facilities. Rehearsal halls should be used for quiet practice and performance only.
4.3. Appropriate attire is required when attending events or exhibitions. Inappropriate or disruptive attire may result in being asked to leave the gallery.
5. Grievances and Complaints:
5.1. Any complaints or issues regarding the facilities, staff, or other users should be immediately reported to the BMC Rehearsal Hall Manager.
5.2. If a complaint remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the Facility Officer or Chief Administrative Officer.
6. Amendments:
6.1. BMC Rehearsal Halls reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted notices at the venue.
