Rules & Regulations
1. Booking and Reservations:
1.1. All bookings must be made in advance via the BMC Mini Cell booking system. Walk-in users may be accommodated based on availability.
1.2. A valid payment receipt and confirmation email must be presented at the Mini Cell.
1.3. The minimum booking duration is 1 hour. Additional time can be booked subject to availability.
1.4. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Usage Guidelines:
2.1. BMC Mini Cells are for community activities, workshops, training sessions, and small-scale events. Any commercial use requires prior approval from management.
2.2. All equipment (e.g., seating, projectors, microphones) should be handled with care. Any damage will incur additional charges.
2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space. Any waste should be disposed of properly.
2.4. No outside food or drinks are allowed unless pre-approved for specific events.
3. Safety Regulations:
3.1. Users are responsible for their personal belongings. BMC Mini Cell is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
3.2. Users must follow the emergency exit instructions in case of an emergency.
3.3. The following items are prohibited: smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1. Users must maintain professional behavior at all times. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
4.2. Users must ensure that noise levels are kept under control and do not disturb others using the facility.
4.3. Unauthorized photography or videography is prohibited without prior approval from management.
4.4. Appropriate attire is required. Inappropriate or disruptive attire will not be allowed.
5. Grievances and Complaints:
5.1. Any complaints or issues regarding the facility or services should be reported to the BMC Mini Cell Manager.
5.2. If a complaint remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the Facility Officer or Chief Administrative Officer.
6. Amendments:
6.1. BMC Mini Cell reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or posted notices at the facility.
