Rules & Regulations
1. Booking and Reservations:
1.1. All bookings must be made in advance through the official BMC Multi-Purpose Halls booking platform or by contacting the hall management directly.
1.2. A valid payment receipt and booking confirmation email must be presented before entering the hall.
1.3. Minimum booking duration is 1 hour. Additional time can be booked depending on availability.
1.4. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Usage Guidelines:
2.1. The hall is for meetings, workshops, seminars, community events, and small social gatherings. Any commercial activities (e.g., private events or profit-driven activities) must receive prior approval.
2.2. Users must respect and take proper care of all facilities, including seating arrangements, AV equipment, lighting, and HVAC systems. Any damage will incur additional charges.
2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hall. All waste must be disposed of appropriately, and the hall must be returned in the condition it was found.
2.4. Food and beverages can only be brought into the hall if pre-approved. If food is provided by third-party vendors, they must be approved by management.
3. Safety Regulations:
3.1. Use of the hall and its facilities is at the user’s own risk. BMC Multi-Purpose Halls are not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal property.
3.2. All users must comply with emergency exit instructions and any health or safety protocols in place at the time.
3.3. The following are not allowed in the hall: flammable materials, alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1. Users must maintain professional behavior at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the user may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
4.2. Users must ensure that noise levels are kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing others in adjacent halls or areas.

5. Grievances and Complaints:
5.1. Any issues regarding facilities, cleanliness, or service should be reported immediately to the BMC Multi-Purpose Halls management.
5.2. Disputes will be handled by the BMC Facility Management Team. If unresolved, complaints can be escalated to the Facility Officer or Chief Administrative Officer.
6. Amendments:
6.1. BMC Multi-Purpose Halls reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or posted notices.
