नियम व अटी
१. बुकिंग आणि आरक्षण:
१.१. सर्व बुकिंग्स बीएमसी रीडिंग रूम बुकिंग प्रणालीद्वारे आगाऊ करणे आवश्यक आहे. वॉक-इन वापरकर्त्यांना उपलब्धतेनुसार परवानगी दिली जाईल.
१.२. बुकिंग किमान ४८ तास आधी करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्याच दिवशी बुकिंग उपलब्धतेनुसार स्वीकारले जाऊ शकते.
१.३. ४८ तास आधी रद्द केलेल्या बुकिंग्सना पूर्ण परतावा मिळेल. ४८ तासांच्या आत रद्द केल्यास रद्द शुल्क आकारले जाईल.
१.४. रीडिंग रूममध्ये प्रवेश करण्यापूर्वी वैध पेमेंट पावती आणि बुकिंग पुष्टीकरण ईमेल सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे.
२. वापर मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे:
२.१. बीएमसी रीडिंग रूम्स केवळ वाचन, अभ्यास, संशोधन आणि स्व-अभ्यासासाठी आहेत. समूह चर्चा किंवा बैठका केवळ व्यवस्थापनाच्या पूर्वपरवानगीनेच परवानगीयोग्य आहेत.
२.२. वापरकर्त्यांनी वाचनाची जागा स्वच्छ ठेवावी. पुस्तके, वृत्तपत्रे आणि मासिके काळजीपूर्वक हाताळावीत.
२.३. वाचनगृहात अन्नपदार्थ किंवा पेय पदार्थ आणण्यास मनाई आहे, विशेष कार्यक्रमांसाठी परवानगी दिल्यास वगळता.
२.४. वाचनगृहात शांतता राखणे बंधनकारक आहे जेणेकरून अभ्यासासाठी अनुकूल वातावरण राहील.
३. सुरक्षा नियम:
३.१. वापरकर्ते त्यांच्या वैयक्तिक वस्तूंसाठी जबाबदार आहेत. बीएमसी रीडिंग रूम्स कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या नुकसान, चोरी किंवा हरविलेल्या वस्तूसाठी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
३.२. आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत, वापरकर्त्यांनी सर्व आपत्कालीन बाहेर पडण्याचे प्रोटोकॉल पाळावे आणि शांतपणे बाहेर पडावे.
३.३. वाचनगृहात धूम्रपान, मद्यपान आणि इतरांना त्रास देणारी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणे वापरण्यास मनाई आहे.
४. आचारसंहिता:
४.१. वापरकर्त्यांनी इतर वाचक, कर्मचारी आणि सुविधांचा आदर करावा. त्रासदायक वर्तन आढळल्यास तत्काळ बाहेर काढले जाईल.
४.२. छायाचित्रणास मनाई: अनधिकृत छायाचित्रण व व्हिडिओग्राफी वाचनगृहात परवानगीयोग्य नाही.
४.३. योग्य पोशाख: वापरकर्त्यांनी योग्य कपडे घालावे. जोरात, विचित्र किंवा अयोग्य पोशाखास परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही.
५. तक्रारी आणि सूचना:
५.१. सुविधांबाबत, कर्मचाऱ्यांबाबत किंवा इतर वापरकर्त्यांबाबत कोणतीही तक्रार किंवा समस्या असल्यास ती तत्काळ बीएमसी रीडिंग रूम मॅनेजरकडे नोंदवावी.
५.२. जर तक्रार निकाली निघाली नाही, तर ती पुढील पुनरावलोकनासाठी बीएमसी फॅसिलिटी ऑफिसरकडे वाढविली जाऊ शकते.
६. दुरुस्ती:
६.१. बीएमसी रीडिंग रूम्सला या नियमांमध्ये व अटींमध्ये बदल करण्याचा अधिकार आहे. बदल वापरकर्त्यांना सूचना फलकावर किंवा ईमेलद्वारे कळविले जातील.
