All conference room bookings must be made through the BMC Conference Rooms booking system. A valid payment receipt and confirmation email will serve as proof of booking.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Modifications to the date, time, or duration of bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
All payments must be made prior to the event. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
All fees are non-refundable unless the booking is canceled by BMC Conference Rooms due to reasons beyond the users control.
The conference rooms are provided for corporate meetings, training sessions, seminars, and educational events. Commercial use (e.g., paid events, sales) requires prior approval from the BMC Conference Rooms management.
The minimum booking duration is 1 hour. Any excess usage beyond the reserved time may incur extra charges.
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms property, including furniture, equipment, and AV systems. Additional charges will be levied to cover repairs or replacements.
Users acknowledge that using the BMC Conference Rooms facilities is at their own risk. BMC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the use of the facility.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BMC Conference Rooms from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the facilities.
BMC Conference Rooms reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Users must comply with all security guidelines and emergency procedures as outlined by the management.
