Terms and Conditions
- All bookings must be made via the BMC Mini Cell booking system. A payment receipt and confirmation email will serve as proof of booking.
- Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
- Modifications to the date, time, or duration of bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
- All fees are non-refundable unless the booking is canceled by BMC Mini Cell due to reasons beyond the user’s control.
- Any damage caused to the property (furniture, equipment, etc.) will be the responsibility of the user, and additional costs will be incurred.
- All users use the BMC Mini Cell facilities at their own risk. BMC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BMC Mini Cell from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the facility.
- Users must adhere to all security guidelines and emergency procedures as instructed by the management.
- BMC Mini Cell reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Court Preference
Choose your preferred courts for booking. You can select up to three preferences.
- First Choice: If available, this court will be assigned; otherwise, the system will check your second preference.
- Second Choice: If your first preference is unavailable, the system will allocate this court to you if it is open.
- Third Choice: If both your first and second choices are unavailable, the system will check an available court and assign it to you.
Slot Deselection: You can uncheck unnecessary slots to free them up for others, ensuring you only book the required timeslots. If none of your preferred courts are available, the system will automatically assign an open court.

Timeslot Preferences
Choose up to three preferred timeslots for booking:
- First Choice: If available, this slot will be assigned; otherwise, the system will check your second preference.
- Second Choice: If the first preference is unavailable, this slot will be considered; otherwise, the system will move to your third preference.
- Third Choice: If both first and second preferences are unavailable, this slot will be assigned if available.
Additional Options:
- No Preferred Slot: The system will assign the first available slot.
- Any Morning Slot: Flexible morning playtime.
- Any Evening Slot: Flexible evening playtime.
